OTRF fall newsletter: a trusted source for reliable sports, fitness and injury prevention information
In 2007, I founded the Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Teaching and Researching Foundation (OTRF) to help individuals stay active and healthy. To support that mission, ORTF produces Active Bones, an e-newsletter packed with information on injury prevention, nutrition, sports conditioning, research and current events. The fall issue was just emailed to subscribers. If you didn’t get it, click here to download the issue.
So you don’t miss another Active Bones issue, email me and you will be added to our electronic newsletter distribution list. Please make sure you add contactus@chudikmd.com to your list of trusted contacts to ensure the e-newsletter is delivered without landing in your email Spam file.
As an added bonus, newsletter subscribers automatically receive new sports conditioning programs developed by me and my health performance team. These programs are based on research and proven to help athletes prevent injuries and perform at their highest level and ability.
Free, PDF copies of past Active Bones issues and all the OTRF sports programs can be found on the OTRF website.
