Online appointment scheduling now available

Dr. Steven Chudik, orthopaedic surgeon and arthroscopic specialist with the Shoulder, Knee & Sports Medicine Injury Clinic in Westmont, Ill., is offering a new, online appointment scheduling option on his website. Simply click on the “Schedule Online” button at the top of the page. Pick a convenient appointment day and time and provide the information requested. You will receive an email acknowledging your appointment request and one of Dr. Chudik’s schedulers will call to confirm your appointment and insurance.
